Where to Buy The Orbi Boomerang Ball: Official Store Prices, Amazon and eBay Look-Alikes, Shipping and Returns (2026)

Where to buy The Orbi Boomerang Ball: the official checkout

The Orbi is sold direct through a single-page checkout on theorbi.com, labelled "Orbi | Order". Our link goes to the same page. You pick a pack size, enter your shipping details, and pay by card or one of the other payment options shown. Support is listed on the page as (833) 503-1254, 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday, with links to the shipping, refund, terms and privacy policies in the footer.

There's no separate shop with a menu of products: the root of theorbi.com doesn't serve a storefront, and the brand's other toys (such as a domino train and an RC car) each have their own checkout pages. That is normal for a direct-to-consumer toy sold through ads. It also means the link you click decides which checkout page you see.

Before you type in a card number, check that the address bar says theorbi.com and that the page names The Orbi with the (833) 503-1254 support line in the footer. Copycat stores and look-alike brands use similar photos and the same "boomerang ball" wording, and their guarantees aren't The Orbi's. If you arrived through a review site or an ad, the checkout should still be on theorbi.com.

The Orbi price: every pack size on the official store

On the checkout page our link lands on, the packs were: one Orbi Ball for $49.99, two for $99.98 ($49.99 each), three for $114.98 ($38.33 each) and four for $139.96 ($34.99 each). Each was shown against a higher crossed-out price ($79.98 for one, $319.92 for four) as part of a "50% off" banner. Those crossed-out figures are reference prices, not what anyone pays.

We also found a second Orbi checkout on the same site with lower prices: $39.99 for one, $79.99 for two, $89.97 for three ($29.99 each) and $109.96 for four ($27.49 each). Same product, same guarantee wording. If you're quoted the higher ladder, the lower one does exist, but which page you see depends on the link you came from.

Two things to check before you pay. First, the three-pack was preselected as the "recommended deal", so make sure the pack you want is the one ticked. Second, with the three-pack selected, the order summary added $8.95 shipping, for a total of $123.93. If you try to leave, a pop-up offers an extra 10% off coupon, so don't be surprised by it.

The Orbi shipping times and costs

The Orbi's shipping page says orders take 1 to 4 days to prepare, then about 10 to 15 business days to arrive in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia and several other countries. It lists DHL, FedEx, YunExpress and Deppon as carriers, and warns that holiday volumes and customs can add time. Puerto Rico is quoted at around 25 business days.

Put plainly, that is two to three weeks from order to doorstep. If The Orbi is a birthday or Christmas gift, order early rather than counting on fast delivery. EU buyers should note the page's reminder that imported goods are now subject to VAT on arrival.

The Orbi return policy: what the 30-day guarantee covers

The checkout states: "Orbi offers a 30 day guarantee on all unused purchases. Simply send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement, less S&H." The full refund policy adds the details. The 30 days run from the delivery date on the tracking record. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You need a receipt or proof of purchase. You pay for return shipping, and shipping costs are not refunded.

There is one useful protection: if an Orbi arrives defective or damaged, the policy says it will be replaced within 30 days of delivery and you don't pay shipping for the replacement. Returns and refund questions go to support@colapa.com, the address the policy lists.

The honest takeaway: once your kids have flown it, the guarantee doesn't really apply. Test it as soon as it arrives, and if it won't charge or won't lift off, contact support straight away under the defective-item terms. Our is The Orbi Boomerang Ball legit guide covers what else to check about the store.

Is The Orbi on Amazon, eBay or in stores?

Not that we could find. Searches for flying boomerang balls on eBay turned up generic flying orbs from assorted sellers, sold as "flying orb ball" and similar names, not listings from The Orbi. Amazon and toy shops carry the same kind of toy under many brand names, usually for $15 to $25, as we note in our review.

Mechanically those generics are close to The Orbi: a light, caged orb with LED lights that you launch by hand and that charges over USB. What you give up is The Orbi's own checkout, its 30-day guarantee and its replacement promise, and you take on the marketplace seller's return policy instead. A listing that uses The Orbi name at a very low price is most likely a generic orb, so judge it on its own reviews and return terms.

The other trap is the search results themselves. Many pages ranking for The Orbi are auto-generated "reviews and complaints" pages on cloud storage buckets, or sponsored posts on local news sites, and they quote prices that don't match the live checkout. Use them for nothing; check the price on the checkout page itself.

The Orbi vs look-alikes with similar names

Flying orbs are sold under many brand names, and some sound close enough to cause confusion. The Aurabi Boomerang Ball is a separate brand sold at hoverorbtoy.com by a different seller, with its own prices (one ball was $44.43 when we checked) and its own return terms. Our Orbi Ball vs Aurabi Boomerang Ball comparison covers the two side by side. The Hajimari Ball is another look-alike promoted on the Aurabi site.

And The Orbi has nothing to do with NETGEAR Orbi, the mesh WiFi system, even though Bing often mixes the two. If you came here looking for the router, our guide on why your WiFi is slow in one room is the right place.

Should you buy The Orbi direct or a cheaper generic?

Buy direct from The Orbi if you want the branded toy with a written 30-day guarantee and a defective-unit replacement, and you're happy to pay more for that. Buy a three- or four-pack if you have more than one child or want a party set, because the per-ball price falls by up to $15. Allow two to three weeks for delivery.

Buy a $15 to $25 generic from Amazon or a toy store if price matters most, you need it quickly, or you're happy relying on the marketplace's returns. That's where the generics clearly win, and it's what we'd tell a friend on a tight budget.
