What we collect

TopCrate doesn't require accounts and doesn't ask for personal information to read the site. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type — via cookies. When you arrive from an ad, standard click identifiers (such as Google's gclid) may be passed along to measure which ads lead to purchases.

How it's used

Analytics data tells us which reviews and guides are useful so we can make better ones. Ad-click identifiers are used only for conversion measurement with our advertising and affiliate partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Affiliate links and third parties

When you click an affiliate link, you leave TopCrate and the destination site's privacy policy applies. Retailers and affiliate networks may use their own cookies to attribute your purchase — that attribution is how we earn commissions, as described in our affiliate disclosure.
