Is Super Saw Legit? SuperSaw Mini Chainsaw Price, Refund Fine Print and Reviews (2026)

What the Super Saw is

The SuperSaw is a small battery-powered chainsaw that you hold and run with one hand. The checkout page calls it the "New & Improved 2025 Model" and shows it boxed beside a battery labeled 24V. It is made for light yard and DIY work: trimming branches, tidying hedges, cutting up fallen limbs and small logs for a fire pit, and cutting boards or PVC. It is not a felling saw.

SuperBrandTools is the brand behind it, and it sells other tools under the same Super prefix, including Superscissors, Superkneeler and Supergage, which come up in its customer reviews. How much does the Super Saw cost?

On the SuperSaw checkout page we loaded, one saw was $149, two were $137 each and three, labeled Most Popular, were $133 each. The order summary showed a $309.00 regular price and a $160.00 discount for the single saw. Treat the $309 as a reference figure set by the seller: $149 is what people pay.

Standard shipping was listed as "10 Day Delivery - Free", with the page saying the saw ships within 48 hours, and sales tax is added when you confirm the order. Below the packages is an optional "2 Years of Protection" add-on for $27. Decide whether you want it before you pay, and check the box is in the state you intend.

Expect urgency on the page: an "only 58 left in stock" line, a "Limited Discount Ends Soon" countdown, and claims of 26,530+ happy customers and 4,534+ five-star reviews. We could not check those numbers anywhere independent, so you do not need to rush. Buying through our link does not change your price.

Super Saw refund policy: 90-day banner vs 30-day fine print

This is the most important part of the Super Saw legit question. The checkout shows a "90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee" and says you can send the item back in its original packaging "to receive a refund or replacement, less S&H". It also mentions a "Full Warranty" without giving details.

SuperBrandTools' refund policy, linked from the same checkout, is stricter. It gives you 30 days after your order date, not your delivery date, to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase, and items sent back without an approved request are not accepted. You pay return postage and a $4.95 restocking fee applies. The policy also says, in capitals, that the company can NOT accept returns for batteries or power tools, and that it will not accept returns for shipments outside the continental United States.

The policy is kinder on problems. If the saw arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact support right away and the company says it will send a free replacement, and that if a product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged it will issue a full refund. To start any return you email your name and order number to support@superbrandtools.com and wait for a label.

Put together: plan on the written policy, not the banner. Inspect the saw the day it arrives, contact support at once if anything is wrong, and screenshot the 90-day guarantee text on the checkout in case you need to point to it later. Paying by card or PayPal gives you dispute rights if a refund stalls.

Who sells the Super Saw, and how it ships

The checkout footer reads SuperBrandTools, and the policy pages sit on superbrandtools.com. The shipping policy lists the phone line 1-855-556-9588, open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm Central, and support@superbrandtools.com. We did not find a street address on the checkout or the shipping policy, and the refund policy says the return address is sent after your return is approved.

The shipping policy says most US orders take 7 to 10 business days. Orders from its US warehouse go by USPS with tracking in about 7 business days, and orders from its Asia warehouse go by YunExpress in about 12 business days. If your order takes more than 18 days, the policy asks you to email support. One detail matters for returns: the policy says exchanges and returns are only available for orders shipped from the US warehouse, so keep your tracking email to see where yours came from.

Super Saw reviews and complaints

SuperBrandTools' Trustpilot profile showed a TrustScore of 1.6 from 49 reviews when we checked, with 86% of them one-star. The profile was unclaimed, and no company replies were shown. Trustpilot also noted the company has no history of inviting customers to review, so the profile is small and may not be representative.

The complaints there are mostly about the store, not this saw; the page did not mention the SuperSaw by name. Reviewers describe products that broke quickly, being charged more than expected or for items they did not order, slow or lost deliveries, returns that ran out because the window starts at the order date, return shipping at their own cost, and support lines that went to a recording. A few reviews are positive, praising a quick credit or a tool they liked.

Walmart and Newegg list many look-alike cordless mini chainsaws from other sellers, some with Super Saw in the title. Buy the Super Saw if you want a one-handed cordless saw for pruning and small cuts, like the convenience of free door delivery and a phone line, and are comfortable treating the purchase as close to final once you use it. Where it wins: a $149 price that includes the battery and charger, cheaper multi-packs, free shipping and a free replacement promise for units that arrive damaged or defective.

Skip it, or buy elsewhere, if a no-questions return matters to you: the written policy excludes power tools, and the 90-day banner on the checkout does not match it.
